**Ramp and Kick flip at Lakewood Park**
I had Robert's private class. I am interested in Ramp practice, so we tried some ramp drill.
I would like to be able to adjust my stance more intuitively. In the ramp practice, my stance was by the edge, a condition that made it easier to lose my balance. Without a strong sense of putting it on the bolt, my stance was disjointed with respect to the movement I needed to make.
And we practiced Drill for kick turn. The maximum angle of my rotation is about 130 degrees. I have a mental block, a center of gravity problem, and I'm afraid to get stuck.
So Robert incorporated kick-turn exercises using the Ramp. Push, pause for a moment, and turn. I think it would feel good to be able to move smoothly. The angle of this turn is too shallow, and I find myself stopping in a parallel position, so I would like to try to turn at a more angular angle.
