This morning, I listened to a podcast on [Design of AI](https://open.spotify.com/show/3O11vQKPpKI5ZlJhdRGwnf), in which the author of the [AI Value Playbook](https://www.amazon.com/AI-Value-Playbook-make-world/dp/1835461751), Lisa-Weaver-Lambert, was interviewed. There were case studies and research on how to think about AI strategy in companies from various industries and at different levels of AI technology maturity, but what left a strong impression was the point that the domain experts and technology experts should work together to determine where to apply AI in their business, and then use appropriate metrics to run the PDCA cycle. It is also important to value accountability and safety. With an appropriate investment roadmap, we need to be able to slice and dice vertically and work with confidence. It is important not to aim for a wide range. I thought that strategists should carefully consider supporting such decision-making.
